The ladder

Quiz and plan (free) to Setup Session ($250) to Night Clerk ($2,500 + $350/mo) to Whole Week ($5,000 + $500/mo) to Custom Office ($8,000 to $20,000). Care plans, pages, lead data, classes, coaching, speaking and the Design Shop hang off any rung.

Start with the quiz. The written plan says which rung, if any, is worth buying, and what to leave alone. Nothing here is a menu you have to pick from.

01$0 setup, $0 monthly.

How we price

  • Beside what it replaces

Every price is shown next to the cost it removes: the hire you don't make, the vendor you stop paying, your own hours. If ours is not smaller, we say so.

  • No monthly fee until it works

A monthly fee starts when the system is live and you have seen it run. Texting on your own number waits on carrier registration, which we file on day one and cannot speed up.

  • One price list

The prices on this page are the prices. Classes, current clients and new clients pay the same.

  • Plans in writing

Scope, price, what it replaces and the go-live date are written down before work starts. Setups are month to month after the first 30 days.

  • What we leave alone

Every plan names at least one thing we would not automate. The part of the work that is the business stays yours.
